We represent you a project of individual house in a town called Lugano in southern Switzerland, which we begin to assembly in March 2015. Because the house is situated in extremely difficult accessible terrain, the assembly is going to be done with the help of helicopter, which is certainly going to be a major challenge for the whole team.
Architect Giuseppe G. Mazzoleni from the architectural firm Studio Architettuta designed a project of the house on two levels and with the views of Lake Lugano. In the ground floor there is going to be an open and a bright family room with kitchen, dining and living room and off course with a terrace and a beautiful view of Lake Lugano. The upper floor is designed for resting or for a quiet work. The master bedroom is enriched with large glass surfaces and a balcony with the views to the lake. High energy savings and a living comfort are ensured by the system KAGER OPTIMA PLUS and with the installation of windows and sliding doors with triple glazing. Shading is assured by external Venetian blinds, which offer protection from the sunlight and overheating. With regulation of the angle of blinds we are able to control the amount of light and the privacy. In the ground floor the final layer of the façade is going to be done with the stone, while in the upper floor is going to be done the classical facade in a neutral beige color.
