The Vita Nova Classic represents the essence of timber frame construction and is a cornerstone of our architectural philosophy and visual identity. With its visible wooden framework and glass walls, it sets new standards in modern architecture while preserving the rich tradition of Slovenian hayracks. This design effortlessly blends into both suburban and rural settings, offering a sense of timeless elegance.
The Vita Nova Classic 140 is a well-designed home that balances practicality with a thoughtful layout. The front-facing entrance is both welcoming and functional, with a conveniently located home office and a small bathroom right by the entrance, making it ideal for those who work from home. The placement of the utility room and storage under the staircase optimizes space, ensuring that the living area remains open and uncluttered. This open living space, which connects seamlessly to the outdoors, enhances the feeling of spaciousness and creates a strong connection with the surrounding environment.
The attic layout is particularly effective, offering a clear separation between the parents’ and children’s areas. The east-facing children’s rooms benefit from morning light, creating a bright and cheerful environment, while the west-facing master bedroom with a walk-in closet provides a private and relaxing retreat for the parents. This thoughtful division of space ensures that each family member has their own comfortable and well-lit area, contributing to the overall functionality and livability of the home.
