The Vita Nova Classic represents the essence of timber frame construction and is a cornerstone of our architectural philosophy and visual identity. With its visible wooden framework and glass walls, it sets new standards in modern architecture while preserving the rich tradition of Slovenian hayracks. This design effortlessly blends into both suburban and rural settings, offering a sense of timeless elegance.
The Vita Nova Classic 152 offers a beautifully integrated design that seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living spaces. The combination of a wooden skeleton structure with expansive glass surfaces creates a home that feels open and connected to its natural surroundings. The ability to feel simultaneously in the kitchen and in the garden is a testament to the thoughtful layout, which encourages a fluid interaction between interior and exterior spaces. The inclusion of two covered terraces—one linked to the living room and the other to the kitchen—further enhances this sense of connectedness, providing versatile spaces for relaxation and entertaining.
The design’s emphasis on natural light and energy efficiency is another standout feature. The central space, which opens up to the roofline with a strip of glass roofing, brings in ample natural light and creates a striking visual element. The orientation of the home—facing east, south, and west—ensures that it captures maximum sunlight throughout the day, contributing to both a warm atmosphere and energy efficiency.
