In our case, we only use premium materials such as high-density wood fiber and high-performance structural glass for Vita Nova walls. Secondly, the <strong>application of construction technologies aimed at saving consumption<\/strong> counts, such as those we have refined over 30 years of research.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\n\n<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This brings us to the third point: <strong>intelligent design<\/strong>. Suppose the first two are fundamental for obtaining an excellent project. An intelligent design must, therefore, take into account factors such as <strong>the optimal exposure of the rooms<\/strong> Und <strong>the zenith rotation<\/strong>. Consequently, the provision of eaves, pergolas, porches, and terraces can protect the windows from direct sun in summer and favor radiation in winter when the sun\u2019s trajectory is lower.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\n\n<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beispielsweise sollte bei der Planung eines Hauses an einem besonders sonnigen Standort mit nach S\u00fcden ausgerichteten Vita-Nova-W\u00e4nden der Einbau von Dach\u00fcberst\u00e4nden vorgesehen werden, um eine \u00dcberhitzung des Hauses zu verhindern. Gleichzeitig stellen diese Dach\u00fcberst\u00e4nde in den Wintermonaten kein Problem f\u00fcr die K\u00fchlung des Hauses dar, da die Sonne tiefer steht.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\n\n<\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Die technische \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der Projekte<\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\n\n<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A house <strong>reacts like an organism<\/strong> to climatic conditions and energy needs: <strong>each element contributes to the functioning of the whole<\/strong>. It is up to the designer to optimize the composition of the walls, roof, reinforced concrete foundation plate, and external windows.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\n\n<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As builders, we take care to create only the projects proposed to us that <strong>meet these characteristics<\/strong>. Otherwise, we try, where possible, to <strong>make improvements<\/strong> in agreement with the designer.
