Apartment house in France
Architect: Daniel Larré Pérez
A contemporary guest house, reflecting pride in the surrounding nature
We are proud to present a great project in France, a most beautiful apartment house in the size of 430 m2, which we built in a tourist village of La Chapelle Aubareil.
One task of our designers was to carefully follow the details and the combination of different materials and colors which were expected by Parisian architects and the investors. The cooperation of our design and a Parisian office was truly on a high technological level. After a month of designing, the project was ready for execution in our production hall and after that for the assembly with our team of experts.
Management of energy resources:
Particular care was taken in choosing natural materials: wood, slate, rocks … by combining different techniques to limit energy and water consumption. Low energy lighting, rainwater tank, solar hot water, grass roof, dual flow ventilation connected to a pipe system to cool or warm the atmosphere according to the season.
The pool, heated by the solar energy, and the Jacuzzi, benefits a southern exposure and the view of the valley.
"The guest house is situated in a small hamlet in the heart of black Périgord and it is the first contemporary wooden bioclimatic house in this region"
A place to share your life
Each of the five guest rooms offer a great comfort with its private terrace. Pure lines, designed furniture and a warm, comfortable bedding in a king size, free wifi, private bathroom with separate toilet. The ground floor is suitable for disabled people.
We are very pleased to welcome you to the Villa Lascaux for a stay discovery of this French region overflowing with riches, a weekend relaxing, rejuvenating holiday or a mini seminar with your colleagues.
