Timeless beauty

We represent you a beautiful individual house, which we created in cooperation with an architect Marco Giuliano and with its owners in the province of Novara, in Italy.
The house is made in the system KAGER BIO, in which we use only insulating materials made of wood fibers that have extraordinary insulating properties with greatly increased thermal stability of the building. The composition of the elements of the exterior walls and the roof is designed in the way that, despite a high outdoor temperature, the heat does not enter into the interior and in the hot summer days a pleasant temperature remains in the house. The house achieves high energy savings also with windows and sliding doors with triple glazing. There are also exterior Venetian blinds, which offer protection from sunlight and overheating. By regulating the angle of the blinds we are able to control the amount of light and our privacy in the interior. Heating, cooling and the production of domestic hot water are enabled by a geothermal heat pump and a solar system.

The house is located on a large property and living in it it’s based on the ground floor, which is divided into an open living area with transparent glass surfaces and an intimate sleeping area with bathrooms and dressing rooms. The upgrade of living represents an open space with a height till the roof and a hidden part with the gallery above the living room, where it’s the place for relaxing, work or just for the view of the surroundings.
The living room continues to the outdoor terrace, which is partially covered with a beautiful pergola from laminated spruce wood and extended roof made of filigree craftsman work. The entire skeletal construction and the pergola are finally painted with the white color, which gives to the house a priceless elegance.
