Conceptual design The VITA NOVA Classic 157 is a suitable initial conceptual design for a family of four. The design includes two children’s rooms, a family bathroom and a bedroom, in one arm and a kitchen with a storage room, a technical room and a living room. In the middle between the two legs is a living room with a higher ceiling, which gives the house additional elegance.
