The conceptual design of VITA NOVA Modern NOVARA is made in two ground floor designs. On the first one there is a large open living room with dining area and kitchen, technical area, bathroom with shower and a large home office. In the second variant, there is a large parents’ apartment on the ground floor with a bathroom and a wardrobe. Both versions have the same layout on the first floor, namely two larger bedrooms with a bathroom and plenty of space for wardrobes.
