Kager House is the builder of wooden houses that has brought the concept of quality to a higher level in the world of green building. Our approach to the project sees the meeting of the highest construction technique, artisanal attention to detail, high energy technology and safety.
Kager House does not limit itself to offering high quality standards, but goes beyond this concept by building only completely tailor-made and non-replicable wooden houses.
The realization of a controlled number of projects per year allows us to dedicate the utmost attention to each of them, customizing every energetic, structural and architectural aspect, to the point of creating ad hoc solutions where necessary to achieve the best possible result.
The quality of a product cannot ignore its environmental sustainability. With this premise, we have developed a construction technology that only uses eco-compatible materials for the structural parts such as natural fibres, load-bearing panels and impregnating agents, which combine the guarantee of durability with high-level ecological characteristics.
All the wood used to build our houses comes from partners in possession of FSC and PEFC certifications, which attest to the utmost attention to environmental sustainability in the management of forest resources.
In the nature there are finally many resources that enable life. This is the reason that we have to act responsibly and rationally with these resources. From this point of view stems the idea and a lead: create as much as possible with as little as possible. This can be achieved in various ways. We save the materials when we choice the appropriate one. Using technology improves the quality of life while reducing the energy consumption required for the operation of the facilities.

The Kager construction structure has been developed over the years by optimizing the use of wood in the structural parts. At the same time, this allows for a more eco-friendly production process, a lighter structure and better anti-seismic performance.
