The VITA NOVA Classic house stands out with its eternally elegant white color, complemented by a facade with a yellow undertone. The large glass surfaces are oriented to the south and east. A unique feature of this reference project is the dining corner, which is set back into the house, creating a covered terrace—particularly useful on smaller plots.
The interior, designed in neutral tones by interior designer Andrej Štamulak – A IDEJE, offers excellent solutions for the needs of a four-member family. The materials predominantly used are wood and stone.
The ground floor features an open-plan living area, dining room, and kitchen, along with a guest toilet and a study. Upstairs, there is a master suite, two children’s rooms, a bathroom, and a wardrobe located in the hallway.
