The third version of the Vita Nova Classic 140 offers a thoughtful alternative for those who prefer an entrance on the eave-side façade rather than the front. This adjustment not only changes the flow of the home but also preserves key functional elements like the nearby study and small bathroom, ensuring convenience remains at the forefront. The real highlight of this design is the enhancement of the living area with a gallery that reaches up to the roofline.
