The Vita Nova Classic represents the essence of timber frame construction and is a cornerstone of our architectural philosophy and visual identity. With its visible wooden framework and glass walls, it sets new standards in modern architecture while preserving the rich tradition of Slovenian hayracks. This design effortlessly blends into both suburban and rural settings, offering a sense of timeless elegance.
The Vita Nova Classic 165 offers a versatile design that caters to the needs of a modern family, with thoughtful separation of living spaces. The first variant emphasizes a seamless flow from the entrance through the vestibule into a fully open living area that stretches across the entire depth of the house. This layout creates a sense of spaciousness and allows natural light to penetrate deep into the home, enhancing the overall ambiance. The open staircase not only adds to the aesthetic appeal but also provides a practical connection between the ground floor and the attic.
The upper floor is well-designed to cater to both children and parents, with a clear separation between the two. The children’s area includes two rooms and a shared bathroom, ensuring they have their own space. The parents’ suite is a highlight, offering a large, bright bedroom with a generous walk-in closet and a private bathroom, creating a luxurious and comfortable retreat.
