1. CE Certification

The CE marking guarantees that our houses meet essential requirements related to the safety of the structure: resistance, mechanical stability, sustainability, and a healthy living environment. It also ensures compliance with requirements for the emissions of hazardous substances, as well as thermal and acoustic insulation and sound absorption.

2. PEFC Certification

Kager Hiša has obtained the PEFC Certification for the wood used and the Chain of Custody Certification. These certifications attest to the origin of the wood from sustainably managed forests and ensure that all processing phases up to the finished construction comply with the PEFC protocol.

3. SALE Certification

The SALE (Sistema Affidabilità Legno Edilizia) certification identifies companies that build green buildings in compliance with current regulations, guaranteeing long-lasting, quality constructions. The SALE certification also provides customers with access to facilitated mortgage options dedicated to the wooden house and green building sector at major credit institutions, as well as favorable conditions for home insurance policies.

4. RAL Quality Mark

The high quality of the incorporated materials, sophisticated production, and meticulous assembly of Kager houses are demonstrated by the RAL certificate, issued by the Bundes-Gütegemeinschaft Montagebau und Fertighäuser.

5. DIN 1052 Quality Mark

In addition to the above certifications, all our houses meet the demanding German standard DIN 1052, which ensures correct construction execution, as well as environmental, fire, and earthquake safety, and sound insulation.

6. Members of the Section “Slovenian Producers of Prefabricated Wooden Houses”

Kager Hiša d.o.o. is a member of the Slovenian Prefabricated Wooden House Manufacturers (SPLMS) Section. According to the rules of the Section, SPLMS includes only manufacturers of prefabricated wooden buildings that meet the highest quality standards and have acquired European technical approval, allowing them to affix the CE mark to their products. SPLMS members are involved in developing wooden constructions that meet the highest technical, environmental, and aesthetic standards.

7. 25 Years of Controlled Production by Bundes Gütegemeinschaft

For 25 years, the production of Kager Hiša d.o.o. has been controlled according to the quality protocol of the wooden house manufacturers Bundes Gütegemeinschaft. In 2018, we celebrated this significant 25-year milestone.

8. Fire Resistance Certified by Holz Forschung

The fire resistance of Kager wooden house structures is certified by Holz Forschung Austria, an independent certification body recognized at the European level. This certification guarantees that a Kager wooden house can withstand a fire without risking collapse.
