On the rolling hills near Bologna stands an architecturally refined complex where timeless elegance meets modern KAGER technology.With over 880 square metres of living, hospitality, and wellness spaces, this project is among the largest and most intricate KAGER developments in Italy.
Three Buildings: Main Residence, Boutique B&B, and Wellness Area 🏡
The project consists of three buildings: the main villa, serving as the owners’ private residence; Tenuta Cà Bassa, a boutique B&B featuring five independent suites and a shared lounge area; and a wellness facility complete with a sauna, jacuzzi, and relaxation zone.
Every element has been designed with comfort, health, and the environment in mind – from triple-glazed windows and natural insulation to mechanical ventilation systems and the use of clean solar energy. The result is a home that offers an ideal microclimate throughout the year and a living experience where architecture and nature complement each other.
At night, carefully designed lighting highlights the wooden façades and the warmth of the atmosphere amid the surrounding vineyards.
