VITA NOVA with a flat roof

We present you another project that we realized near Kyiv, Ukraine. It is a flat-roofed wooden beauty from the VITA NOVA Edition family that respects its surroundings and blends in perfectly with the landscape of the surrounding pine trees. The house also stands out for its architecture, as three sides of the house are completely glazed and given a modern touch by the flat roof with large eaves.
The interior features a play of materials and colors. Particularly impressive is the view of the large glass surfaces open to the roof in the living room, which is connected to the upper floor by the gallery. The marble wall combined with the floor of the same material creates a reflection that gives the house a special luxurious touch. The house has a floor area of 252 square meters, on the ground floor there are living rooms and a large office. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
