VITA NOVA with flat roof

We would like to introduce you to a project that we realized near Kiev at the Kiev lake in Ukraine. It is a wooden beauty with a flat roof from the VITA NOVA Edition family that respects its surroundings and fits perfectly into the pine landscape that surrounds it to the north, where the entrance is located. The view of the lake opens to the south, west and east. The house is also characterized by its architecture, as the living spaces on both the ground and first floors expand to a large covered terrace. A flat roof with large eaves gives it a modern touch.

The interior is characterized by a play of materials and colors. The view of the large glass surfaces in the living room, which is connected to the upper floor via the gallery, is particularly impressive. The house has 275 square meters of living space. On the ground floor there are living rooms with access to a large covered terrace, a large office and additional rooms. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with access to a covered terrace and two children’s bedrooms with private bathrooms.
